Board
Includes:
Stall and daily care
Feed twice daily (customized through Tribute Equine Nutrition)
Free choice Top-quality hay
Stall cleaning
Turnout (weather permitting and timing based on staff discretion)

*Supplements: we are happy to give supplements provided but please pre-package. If you are giving over two supplement packages an additional charge of $5/day
basic Training Package – $1500/month
Includes:
all Boarding Services
(1) training ride or lesson per week.
partial Training Package – $2,320/month
Includes:
all Boarding services
(4) training rides or lessons per week.
full Training Package – $2,750/month
Includes:
all boarding services
(6) training rides or lessons per week.
Basic Rehab - $45/day (Basic stall or paddock rest)
Full rehab - $65/Day (Wrapping, Hand-walking, medications, Treatment per vet recommendations)
Lessons/Training
Lesson: $75
Training Ride: $75
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice to receive reschedule/ change to training ride, only (3) rescheduled lessons per month
Horse Show Expenses
Training: $75/day shown
Daycare: $65/day (away show)
Show Ride: $50/class
Ticketed Warm Up: $50/day
Braiding: billed at current professional rate
Shipping: $1.75/mile
Splits (tack stalls, hotel, per diem for staff, bedding, hay, setup fees, etc.) will be divided by the number of horses attending.
Horse Show Deposit: $300 non-refundable deposit per horse, billed at the beginning of the Showing month for each show planned. Deposit is applied toward show expenses - office/stall sign ups ect.
Payment Policies
Credit Card Fee: 3% convenience fee for credit card payments.
Invoices: Payment due within 7 days.
Late Fees: $25 if not received within 10 days; 1.5% monthly interest charged on balances over 30 days.
Show Restrictions: Horses with balances over 30 days will not be permitted to show.
All clients must remain current with payments to outside vendors (vet, farrier, etc.).
Barn Policies
Barn Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter
If you have a special request please ask.
Safety & Courtesy:
ASTM/SEI-approved helmets required when mounted.
No jumping without supervision.
No phone calls or texts after 9 PM, please.
Riders under 15 must be supervised by an adult.
Liability waivers must be signed before handling/riding.
Horse Care & Equipment:
Each rider is responsible for their own tack and equipment.
No borrowing tack without permission.
Clean up after yourself and your horse.
Do not feed treats to horses other than your own without permission.

extra blanket storage must be kept to one well labeled tote minimum per horse
please label your equipment/gear, blankets, fly gear
Commissions
15% on purchase, sale, or lease prices under $100,000.
10% on transactions $100,000 or more.
Acting as dual agent: 7.5% (under $100,000) or 5% (over $100,000) per party.
Commission due at time of contract signing.
